“Under the current macroeconomic conditions the company strives to effectively respond to the changing international air transportation market. Our objective is to increase sales through the company’s own channels as well as to change the booking pattern both for the airline’s new services and the traditional business and tourist services. And we’ve succeeded in doing this. We’ve seen a 35% increase in our own sales in January, and the booking pattern trends towards May. The expansion of the airline’s flight programme to China meets the company’s tasks to develop the promising international routes,”- said Olga Pleshakova, CEO Transaero Airlines.
The tickets on Transaero’s flights to the cities in China from Moscow and St Petersburg are available for purchase on the airline’s website www.transaero.ru, at its ticket offices and at its agent offices. Passengers, who buy tickets via the airline’s own sale channels, will take advantage of the airline’s offer and will be exempt from paying fuel surcharge.
